Made with 100% Chardonnay fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills, Adelaide Plains and Langhorne Creek, the grapes for this fresh and zesty sparkling wine were picked early to harness their freshness, and lees stirred during fermentation to give a textural mouth feel. A wonderful aperitif, or to be shared with friends and family.
Tasting notes
A luscious nose of green apple and fresh lime continues on the palate, where these flavours are met by orange blossom and a hint of lemon sherbet.
