Made up of roughly 80% Grenache, 11% Shiraz and 9% Mourvèdre, our fruit originates from three separate vineyards between the Willunga foothills and the township of McLaren Vale. The parcels combine beautifully to create a wine that is truly more than the sum of its parts.
Tasting notes
Our cherry red GSM has aromas of strawberry, raspberry and plum, underlain with hints of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
The palate comprises red fruits, cherry and lingering spice, which combine with silky tannins and savoury acidity.
